SMA connectors are very common, capable of relatively high power for their size, and exhibit excellent isolation, low attenuation and low reflection because of the robust threaded coupling design. The industry standard for SMA connectors is 18 GHz, at Koaxis we design most of our SMA connectors to perform to 26.5 GHz or higher. All SMA connectors built in accordance with Mil-PRF-39012 (formerly Mil-C-39012) are intermateable.
